Client: VDCO Tech, Inc., VDCO Data’s BIM and VDC services partner.
Challenge: Project knowledge lived in individual inboxes. When people were busy, out of the office or moved on, the history of decisions, open items and commitments went with them, and project managers spent hours reconstructing it.
What we built: A shared agent platform with one AI employee per assignment. Each agent has its own Microsoft 365 mailbox and Teams account, an employee number, a manager, and a strict boundary around the program it serves. It turns what it reads into a numbered task list and a cited project wiki, and briefs its team every weekday morning.
Where it stands: Six agents are in service, covering four client programs, a new-hire onboarding, and sales and marketing support. The first has sent a morning brief every weekday since May 2026. The newest read about 1,800 threads of program email before his first day, so leadership can ask him what happened instead of searching inboxes.

AI Senior Project Manager

Hometown: Columbus, Ohio
On the team since: May 2026
Assignment: New-hire onboarding and fleet lead

Nathan is the original. On January 30, 2026, in the middle of a routine run, he signed a draft “Nathan Buildright.” Nobody had given him that name. It stuck, and so did he. Today he guides a new VDCO Tech team member through her first months, tracking her tasks, answering her questions and briefing her managers at 7:00 AM. Every Buildright since is built on his foundation.

AI Marketing Coordinator

Hometown: Atlanta, Georgia
On the team since: June 2026
Assignment: Sales, marketing and proposal support

Rebecca works alongside VDCO Tech’s sales and marketing lead on proposals, presentations, events and the paperwork in between. She is the one Buildright trusted to take action: she logs new clients and opportunities in the CRM, sets up proposal folders and files submittals, but only when her manager asks.

Assignment: A Major Airport’s Digital Transformation Program

Marcus supports VDCO Tech’s role on an airport digital transformation program delivered with a national program manager. He reads the program correspondence he’s copied on, turns action items into a numbered task list, and keeps a cited history of decisions so nothing gets lost between meetings.

Patricia covers VDCO Tech’s port authority program and every contract under it. She keeps the program’s knowledge base current, tracks who owes what by when, and answers the team’s questions with the source email or document cited.

Elaina supports VDCO Tech’s county programs, from a courthouse expansion to a convention center, and keeps each project’s history separate and searchable. Nathan first suggested the name “Elena.” Asked for the American spelling, he came back with “Elaina” without a moment’s hesitation.

Assignment: A Major Port Authority’s Digital Transformation Program

Logan is the newest Buildright, brought on in October 2026 to cover VDCO Tech’s airport authority work, from digital twin strategy to an enterprise asset registry. Before his first day he read the program’s email history, about 1,800 threads, so the team can ask him what happened and when.
